When summer settles over Kansas, the stocked pond offers a quieter way to enjoy the property. Grab a fishing pole, find a comfortable spot along the bank, and spend a few hours seeing what is biting. There is no schedule to keep and nowhere else you need to be.

Bring the kids. Fish with an old friend. Sit beside the water with a cold drink and watch the evening settle in. You may come hoping to catch something, but we have a feeling the time spent together will be the part you remember.
